Physical Description: Predaking is the largest, strongest predacon to have walked Cybertron and Earth since the great cataclysm that originally wiped out his race on their home planet. His build is vaguely a cross between canine and crocodilian resulting in a mechanized version of the iconic western dragon. Predaking is 180 ft from snout to tail tip, 20 ft from shoulder to shoulder and stands 50 ft tall. His body plating is black with red, silver, and yellow details. Predaking's wingspan is twice the length of his body (360 ft), though like most predacons his wings do retract into his body.


Alternate Form: Predaking's alternate form is that of a humanesque Cybertronian that stands 45 ft. tall. even in this form is feral nature shows itself through his large, sharp aesthetic. In Robot Mode, Predaking is somewhat smaller than his beast mode but larger than both Megatron and Optimus Prime and has heavy armor plating, making him highly resistant to blaster fire and impacts. His shoulders are adorned with large spikes, as is his back and head. His wings also appear to be present on his back.

PERSONALITY

When first created the Predacon displayed only a limited amount of intelligence and was unable to speak. However his intelligence as a beast quickly grew and he soon learned how to access a computer before he learned how to transform, an ability that predacons were never known to have. Predaking has extreme confidence in his own abilities to the point of arrogance. Unfortunately for the Cybertronians who are foolish enough to stand in his way, his confidence is well founded. His driving goal is the restoration of his kind and to this end he had sworn complete loyalty to Megatron as he believed that he is the one that could make that goal a reality, before discovering his leader's treachery. This betrayal was the match that set fire to the deep seated inferno of rage that now burns in his spark for all those not of the predacon species.

Predaking has shown that while he can be an unstoppable killing machine, he is very intelligent and never uses contractions. He has shown the attitude of a warrior and welcomes any opportunity to fight those who think themselves his physical equal, something he is always happy to help them realize how wrong they are. Due to his young age, he is quite naive and was unable to analyze the situations with the same sort of clarity that someone with more actual experience.




Weaponry: Predaking uses his body as his weapon, his claws and teeth are as strong as earth's diamonds. His jaws can are strong enough to crunch smaller cybertronians with ease. His tail can whip about at high speeds to knock away enemies, as well as damage anything within its range, and the ability to project highly-intense bursts of explosive flames, or lower temperature gouts of fire. His fire burns a hot bright. In robot form he retains his enormous brute strength and his clawed hands are deadly weapons in close-quarters. He is armed with a plasma cannon and fights with an incredible amount of ferocity and endurance no matter his form.

Strengths:

• Combat - What predaking lacks in finesse he more then makes up for in force.
• Hunting - All predacons are natural trackers, and know the skills needed to hunt down other cybertronians. Predaking is able to hone in on energon signals across continents.
  
• Intelligence - Despite his feral behavior Predaking has a surprising amount of intelligence, though he keeps it to himself for the most part so as to surprise his enemies.
• Flight - While he is not the fastest or most agile of his kind he is still a powerful flyer, able to fly non-stop for an entire week without needing to devour an exorbitant amount of energon.
• Natural leader - Due to his size, and intelligence Predaking gives off the natural air of a leader, inspiring others to follow him without much effort beyond being what he is.
  

Weaknesses:

• Size - Due to his size predaking is unable to fit into relatively small places without first carving his way in.
• Cold - Like all Cybertronians Predaking is susceptible to extreme cold and will freeze over in a mater of minutes if not provided with shelter and heat.
• Energon consumption - Predaking requires incredible amount of energon to remain functional.
• Emotions - Predaking is quick to indulge his rage, preferring to settle political differences with primal strength then words.
• Naive - While he isnt trusting n the slightest Predaking is still easy to manipulate once you have earned his loyalty as he doesn't know much about the world despite his position as king.
  

The Predacon lived twice before its current incarnation. At the dawn of Cybertron's beginning (after Primus and Unicron's confrontation) the original Predaking walked among the other Predacons. He was however, savage with little care for all that were not Predacons. His kind preyed on the smaller, weaker Cybertronians for amusement. This brought him into conflict with Prima and eventually they fought with Prima winning and Predaking swearing to never interfere with Prima's kind and Prima promising the same. Prima was, unfortunately very true to his word and left Predaking and his followers to die in the Great Cataclysm. Predaking ordered his kind to flee but soon realized they could not escape by flying and attempted to reach the underground for shelter. If Predaking did not die then, the resultant fallout slowly killed him.

Later during the Autobot/Decepticon war for Cybertron the original Predacon was cloned along with other Predacons by Shockwave and sent to Earth to wipe out Autobot forces and guard the Energon reserves. During this time the humans discovered their existence and became one of many inspirations for human mythologies in their case the myth of dragons. However the time waiting for Megatron to arrive the Predacons passed away from the passage of time and their bones (micro-chipped) were left buried under rocks.
 
During Shockwave's exile on Cybertron, the Predacon was cloned once again from the remains of the original. when Shockwave returned to the Decepticons he brought the predacon with him and presented his creation to Lord Megatron. Impressed the leader of the decepticons quickly took advantage of the beast and turned him loose to hunt down Autobots where ever they could be found. After the predacon's successes in the field the decepticons began Project Predacon, a massive cloning operation that would bring back many different predacons, as well as creating some new ones by mixing the CNA found in the remains of the predacons that had once held earth.

It was during this time that all other predacons were created, tank bred in a secret laboratory on earth. As Project Predacon was nearing its completion, he surprised everyone, including Megatron, by transforming into a robotic form and demonstrating his intelligence. The Predacon then informed a skeptic Megatron that he only recently discovered his ability to transform after much research. Later on the Decepticon warship the Predacon vowed his loyalty to Megatron but requested to lead the Predacons themselves with the name Predaking.

Despite pledging his loyalty to Megatron in gratitude for his creation, the Predacon and his kind were seen as a threat to the Decepticon leader. Due to the fact that Predaking was more than a match for any number of Autobots, (or even Decepticons), Megatron surmised that the former beast and his kind would eventually turn on their masters. The leader of the Decepticons gave the order for every predacon to be terminated, even the multitude ready to be activated.

When Predaking heard this he rampaged through the lab, freeing his kin while laying waste to the other projects stored there. With his new found hoard the king took to the skies, seeking an energon mine that could sustain them. And he found it deep in the heart of a place the native life forms called Death Valley. With the fury of a hundred storms Predaking destroyed any cybertronian foolish enough to try and keep the mine from him. since that day he has welcomed any predacon into the enormous lair as long as they made their own place.
