APPEARANCE
Neon is a fairly small but distinctive predacon. Shaped like a cross of an organic greyhound, big cat, and snake she is long of limb, tail, neck and wing. She stands 20 feet tall from head to toe, and is 80 feet long, two thirds of which is her incredibly long serpent like tail. Her wingspan is an impressive 160 feet from tip to tip when they are fully extended but Neon is able to retract them till just three "lead" feathers are all that show behind her shoulders, and any length in between. This allows her to make sharp hairpin turns and maneuvers while also being able to climb and glide with relative ease. While she is built for speed, agility, and stealth over raw strength and power, her neon blue firelines show that she can still pack a wicked punch. She can control the amount of light that she gives off not only from her firelines but all of her other neon accents as well, though she can never dim the light from her optics.
These level of light she gives off often correlates to her mood. She is an incredibly expresive creature who relies heavily on body language to get her point across. Besides her obvious means of communication, like her eyes, tail, and ears, Neon also has a secondary semi-mobile frill behind her first one that she can rattle when she is agitated or angry.

Neon's alternative form is that of a 15 foot tall regular cybertronian, with all of the same defining features and markings of her regular form, sans tail. She is unable to use her wings and thus prefers not to use this form unless necessary. To her it feels confining and slow and most importantly weak.

PERSONALITY
What Neon lacks in size she makes up for with her boisterous and energetic personality. Everything she does she does with speed, like predaking himself is chasing her. The little predacon is also as mischievous as she is fast, and is always looking for her next victim of a prank or two. These are almost never done out of malice but out of her almost childish desire to be constantly entertained. She plays up her naive, hatchling side, not only for her entertainment but also uses it as a shield against the world. This is why she almost always has a grin on her face, even while hunting or fighting, she is almost always smirking or smiling.Under this rascally exterior is a fiercely loyal predacon. Though once she considers herself bound to something she is incredibly possessive of it. She is weary to let them out of her site for long, though when she grows bored they also may find her more of a hindrance then a help as they will be the object of most of her mischievousness. With her possessive clingyness though also comes a predacon's worth of flaming protection as she is much quicker to act rashly in order to keep her "things" safe.
Skills:
- Flying - Neon is a truely gifted flyer. Agile and fast, she is able to out fly and out maneuver 9.5 out of 10 cybertronians when given enough space to use her entire range of wingspan. She loves to show off this skill in races, and aerial displays.
- Learning - When she is focused, every now and then, she is a fast learner
- Tracking and Hunting - Like most predacons, Neon is a talented hunter and tracker, though her size means she can be as stealthy as a jungle cat when she wants to be.
- Aim - Due to her speed Neon has to be able to make calculated and accurate shots in order to get her kills.

PARAPHERNALIA
Weaponry: Neon uses her fire and speed as her main weapons, though when hemmed in she will not hesitate to bring the strength behind her claws and teeth to bare. Her neon blue fire burns at an impressive 9010 degrees Fahrenheit
Strengths:
- Speed and Agility - Neon is one of the fastest and most agile hunter class predacons. She is able to fly at speeds breaking mach 15, and thanks to her design is able to do impressive aerial maneuvers at those speeds like loops and turns.
- Sharp shooter - She is able to hit 5 inch mark from 1.5 miles away with her fire.
- Stealth - like most hunter class predacons Neon is able to achieve a surprising amount of stealth for something of her size.
Weaknesses:
- Relatively Fragile - Neon is a glass canon, relying on speed and agility to be able to surprise an opponent. In a close combat situation where she is denied the element of surprise then she is at her most vulnerable as even shots from weak blasters can do serious damage.
- Size - She is one of the smallest predacons created, while this allows her to move faster, and stealthier then most it also means she is much weaker. She needs to use brains over brawn to survive

HISTORY
Neon was created only a few months before the Predacon uprising, she had only just finished her incubation period when Predaking rampaged through the lab and set them all free. Her "birth" was painful and messy, her incubation tube smashed by the king's mighty tail, spilling her and the fluid she had been suspended in onto the floor of the lab. She was not yet full grown, her armor plating was still thin and her body small. Though her premature decanting did give her the advantage of speed. Filled with the same primal fury her brothers and sisters had upon hatching the predacon helped in the uprising, taking to the air like a fish to water.
She escaped the deceptacon lab with the other members of her kind and for a while flew with the king and his pack, though she quickly grew bored. Before the pack was able to find a "forever home" she split from it and choose to hunt on her own. Aligned to no side in the war, Neon is out for herself. Seeking to enjoy the life she never asked for, and cause mischief where she can.
