He is a tall sleek fellow, very slim in his build. His general appearance is something that reflects his conniving and monstrous personality. His colors are mostly dark silver with traces of black. His legs are unusually long and, along with his arms, appear in-proportionate to the rest of his body. His long, slender arms end with four long claw-like fingers, that appear to have black gloves slipped upon them, but this is not the case. His legs are metallic, with the knees looking more pointed inward, like an animal, than outward like a human. The lower half of his feet make him appear to be wearing slender boots, that end in a triangle point and have a small heel. The most noticeable thing on him are two large panels, that appear almost like airplane wings, spread upward from his back. Two smaller ones are almost hidden behind the two big ones. Starscream views the world through triangle-shaped red eyes, and has the Decepticon symbol in an obvious place upon his dark silver plated chest.
Starscream transforms into a silver jet. A missile launcher is beneath him. Black glass sits over the cockpit in order to not allow anyone to see that there was no pilot inside. It is unmarked, save for the Decepticon symbol. The nose is purple, as is the trim.

Starscream once pledged his loyalties to Megatron but time after time again his apparent desire to over throw the Decepticon overlord came to the surface and Starscream's traitorous nature was there for all to see. Since then, he has become extremely paranoid and volatile. He is still the same coward that made him infamous and despite the fact he has left the Decepticons, he still has a desire to take command or perhaps build his own army to take down both sides and bring the Cybertronians back on the course they belonged.
Yes, that's right, he despises both sides. He feels that both the Autobots and Decepticons have become so wrapped up in destroying the other that they have forgotten why they have come here. It is probably the reason that Starscream is now losing his sanity. It is why he desires to rule once more and waits for his chance. He is like a snake biding it's time and ready to strike.
Starscream is very much untrustworthy. He will only do things which benefit him and when he speaks to someone, he usually wants something. This leaves him to be selfish and greedy. Mostly he cares all about himself, but it is possible for him to show care for something or someone other than himself but it is just highly unlikely. He is manipulative and preys upon those who are weak, especially to get what he wants. Despite all of this, he has an innate curiosity and enjoys studying new and unusual things, though with much caution.

Weaponry: Starscream has only two known weapons. The tips of fingers on each hand ends in sharp claws that are sharp enough to cut through Cybertronian metal, he has two rockets on each arm.
Strengths: His conniving ways allow him to manipulate others and turn most of them to see things his way. To those who do not already know his tricks, he has a silver tongue and offers them the "land of milk and honey" if they only follow him. It also gets him out of trouble. He is not afraid to get dirty, which allows him to use the dirtiest and lowest means to get what he wants. Even if it means something almost humiliating to him.
Weaknesses: His arrogance is his biggest downfall. He is narcissistic to the point that he will blame downfalls on everyone else but himself. His plans are not very well thought out, and when trying to take power from Megatron, he seems to fail to take into account the most loyal to Megatron that he would have to go through as well. Starscream's history is long and sketchy and shrouded mostly with rumor and mystery. Some say he was once a scientist, but even that is clouded and up for debate. No one knows who his family was or what happened to them. It seems he does not care to mention it either. It is unknown how he ended up serving Megatron and becoming his second-in-command. Those that were asked would say that he has been there for a long time, probably since the beginning. Either way, it soon became apparent that Starscream was serving with ulterior motives when he would attempt to over-throw Megatron every chance he got. Sometimes he would come close to succeeding, but would falter in the end.
While during the war, the casualties were massive. Starscream never gave up any opportunity he could to usurp Megatron. He was, at one point, knocked unconscious whether it be from another quarrel with someone or the ride to Earth. Once he awoke again, he was back on Earth and helping to rebuild the Decepticons and prepare for another attack against what is left of the Autobots. His ulterior motives remain the same. That fire inside of him that wishes to take over the Decepticons and hold the crown for himself still burns brightly.
