PERSONALITY

Bumblebee is one of the younger Autobots. Still, he is learning proper military etiquette though he has come a long way since his days on Cybertron. His tendencies to question what is right and wrong rather than follow blindly has been the turning point of many outcomes. Feeling a strong bond with his team of fellow Autobots and great respect for Optimus, Bumblebee will always be ready to sacrifice himself for their own hides. While he trusts in Optimus that he has the best intentions for the Scout, Bumblebee knows that Optimus doesn't always look out for himself. That is when Bumblebee has insured to step in and provide Optimus with the help he needs in physical form since he knows the mighty Prime isn't truly willing to let his own matters sit on the shoulders of others. The little yellow Bot has proven his bravery and comradery more times than plenty including when he took a shot for Optimus on Cybertron that nearly killed him. Optimus had had no idea the Scout was watching in silence, choosing to take action and defy orders by getting involved in his quarrel with Megatron. Bee knows that Optimus takes on the image of someone who is unbreakable, but can tell that he is very much capable of falling apart on the inside.

The teen-mindset in him is strong and incredibly eager. Nonetheless, he is still your typical teenager. He still hand his tendencies to give and show a bit of sass in the face of whatever he may dislike. He knows that war carries many burdens and tedious jobs, but doesn't always realize how his response may come off to those watching. In general, he's willing to help with any and all jobs asked of him and you will see them done to the best of his abilities. If you wanted a spot on the floor clean, that black tile would be the blackest part of the entire base. Still, he'd question internally the clean up duty, but it would get done with a thumbs up. Bumblebee is reliable and independent in his tasks.

It's always easy to tell how Bumblebee feels about anything or simply in general. He's very expressive in his body language, which made up for most of his communication back when he was lacking a voice. Whether he's voicing his opinion or showing his enthusiasm towards his peers. At times he can be a bit too eager and rush into things headfirst without watching out for himself. He's always put others before himself when faced with danger and the risk of fate's cold hands gripping his team.  





Weaponry: The barrels of energon-powered blasters are mounted above his wrists. They fire a blue plasma-like energy with a contained explosive burst when striking a target. Bumblebee has had time to develop his weapons to match his taste. They're rapid fire and can shoot one round per .25 seconds. At the same time, it can act as a quick-fire pistol if he wishes to treat it that way. He's never truly cared to have any more weapons installed with those two on hand due to their being all he truly likes.

Strengths:

- Dependable: Even if it kills him in the end, Bumblebee will not let you down. When given a top priority task, he will pull through for you one way or another. There is no fear in his mission. 
- Speed: He possesses great dexterity and agility on the battlefield alongside his driving skill and speed. 
- Aim: Bee doesn't have to try too hard to hit his target. Albeit, it's harder to hit a moving target while you're moving as well, rest assured that he will hit you before you get away. 
- On Your Feet: He's sharp enough in mind to enable thinking of quick solutions, whether temporary or not, to split second problems coming at him fast. It's far easier to work under the pressure of a Bot or human being in danger. Bumblebee will use whatever he has on hand to pull off his objective.
- War-Child: Bee was practically raised in war. All he knows is fine dining and breathing, so to say. He's been a part of Team Prime since what seems like the very beginning of it all. The members of his unit have led and guided him, teaching him many useful techniques and quick fixes on the battlefield. Along with that, they've been like a family to him. 

Weaknesses:

- Cabin Fever: Bumblebee hates the feeling of being cooped up for too long and may become bored or perhaps restless. 
- Show Off: There have been well over a few occasions where Bumblebee has tried to outdo himself a little bit and it ends up biting him in the aft. Do not celebrate victory earlier, Scout. 
- Let Down: When he's failed or let his comrades down he beats himself up far worse than they would. Shame and disappointment befall him and create a sickly feeling in his core, even after he has been reassured that there was little he could do about what happened.
- Recharge: There have been times when Bumblebee had trouble trying to shut himself down and turn to stasis. Painful and disturbing memories may present themselves once he's left alone and he has little else to think about. While he's normally energetic and eager, he uses that as a front now and again to cover up what may really be going on.
- Scout: As a Scout, Bumblebee is very likely to investigate anything that might seem out of the ordinary. If someone wanted to set up an ambush for the young Bot, they would not have to think too far into the operation to do it.






Bumblebee is a part of the last generation that stepped from the Well Of All Sparks before its end. Life stopped producing by natural means and a lull set in before the war between Autobots and Decepticons erupted through the silence. He remembers the state of confusion and the growing intensity of how to solve their peoples' problem. Days of peace were short lived as the young Scout was plunged into battle and darkness. You truly don't see many of his generation, mainly due to most of them having had their Sparks extinguished in the fight. 

As Optimus ejected the Allspark into space for the sake of not allowing it to fall into the wrong hands, Bumblebee was there to distract Megatron at Tyger Pax. Their young Scout was no match once Megatron successfully got a hold of him. Bee paid the ultimate price when Megatron crushed his vocoder while the Autobot was still barely alive. Bumblebee was left for dead, recovered by the Autobots. Unable to receive a sign of life from him outside of a very weak and flighty signal from his Spark, Ratchet repaired him and did what he could to save his voice. From that point on, Bumblebee used a radio transmitter as a means of vocal fluctuation and communication. After the repairs, there was no true time for recovery. Bumblebee was back on his feet and returned to the fight.

He witnessed Megatron corrupt the core with Dark Energon. The rising, purple pillars that looked much like spikes.. The florescent colors of poison infecting their living planet. There was little to be done about it afterward. Bee was assigned to an extraction unit with Optimus to rescue Sentinel Prime from Kaon. He can still remember the hot fumes, the history of malice and suffering that breathed from its walls and the dark people that lay behind its every corner and within its every crevice, awaiting prey and victim alike. 

The experience of the Dark Energon and what it brought with it was far more than nightmare-inducing. They were things that simply could not be unseen for someone so young. Bumblebee still dreams of it to this day. Cybertron's defense were arachnid-like creatures acting as its immune system, though they had become horribly corrupted. There were too many Autobots he'd witnessed being ripped apart, screaming before any of them could get to them. No, it was just always there in front of them. Being left alone with them was far more terrifying. One could not hope to fight their masses without dumb luck on their side. He'd come close to being their next meal before Optimus intervened. Bumblebee tore the Dark Energon spikes from the ground in distressed silence as Optimus remove the chamber in order to rid Cybertron of its infection in hopes that their planet could recuperate and begin healing. 

Bumblebee aided in the evacuation of Cybertron dubbed Generation One with Optimus and their unit. Optimus knew the planet could not support the capacity of life it currently held, if it was to survive. They boarded Eight Track and headed through Trypticon, fighting all the way until they reached the Dark Energon facility to destroy it, which caused them to crash. Bee boarded the Ark with his friends, sending them through the last space bridge and sending them to Spiral Galaxy where they detected the Allspark nearby. Bumblebee and the Autobots aboard the Ark found themselves in the vicinity of a Cybertronian colony world called Velocitron. Optimus had been able to make contact with the planet's rulers, Override and Ransack. It was a time of great stress between Velocitron's rulers and the Autobots' arrival from mythical Cybertron only exacerbated the situation. Although the Autobots secured an ally in Override, they left Velocitron on the brink of civil war during their departure.

They met next with a world named after its build, Junkion. He couldn't help but to feel some amazement at its girth and its paradise for any hoarder out there. The Autobots met Wreck-Gar and his people. While hospitable as ever, Optimus took more interest in one of the four space bridges surrounding the planet where he selected Bumblebee and Silverbolt to accompany him to a bridge that led them to the lonely tomb of Solus Prime, fabled artifacer of the Thirteen. Her holographic spirit was called forth by the Matrix and informed the Autobots that the Requiem Blaster, most deadly of her creations, rested on Junkion and must be kept out of Decepticon hands.

As they returned, they had no time at all to prepare facing the Decepticons who'd followed them aboard the Nemesis. They uncovered the Requiem Blaster from inside a ship at the planet's core. It was a weapon capable of drawing infinite power from nearby stellar sources. The weapon had its own gravity field and had literally been the core around which Junkion's "junk" had formed. The fighting over the Requiem Blaster ripped the planet apart, but both sides eventually called off the melee and abandoned the Blaster after learning the location of the Allspark itself. Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and the rest of the Autobots boarded the Ark and began the long race to reach their civilization's greatest prize before Megatron could. In the end, three planets suffered at the hands of this war without break.

He lost friends in the fight. Friends that had walked from the Well of All Sparks with him. Friends that he had been like family to him. 

The Autobots discovered a planet in the distance, reachable by dumb luck before the loss of space bridge, and they sent Bumblebee through it in order to Scout out the planet. Perhaps it could be used to as a place of secret base and safe haven for them to gather supplies in order to carry out whatever plans necessary to defeat the Decepticons and save their world. Their war had cost the unaffiliated their worlds, would this world face the same fate?

The Decepticons were able to create a space bridge and used to to travel to Cybertron with the relics that could change the fate of all. In the battle of Lost Faith, the Omega Lock was destroyed and much of the field leveled. Bumblebee went missing in the aftermath of the explosion of the Omega Lock. While Starscream had assumed rule over the Decepticons and had faced his attention to Earth while Megatron sought out Dark Energon once more. Bumblebee has been assumed dead.

Bumblebee, along with bodies of fallen Decepticons and drones, had been recovered by Shockwave who was ported to Earth after being discovered. Working in one of his off-base labs, he works with them, or on them rather, using them as guinea pigs to test his latest creation. Shockwave is hoping to create a matter that can rewrite current states of structures and life to fit their origins. The discovery of Unicron having been what created Earth as it is today has doomed it to become what it was once. The Decepticons wish to use it as their new domain and empire.
